System Architecture Portfolio.
A selection of bespoke operating systems built for healthcare, finance, and legal enterprises.
Corvess
A portfolio operating system for impact-focused VCs — portfolio support, LP storytelling and founder visibility turned into one repeatable weekly system.
View project →Discuss this system →- The Challenge
- Impact funds typically run on a patchwork of spreadsheets and inbox threads. Portfolio truth lives in six places, so reporting takes days and the story told to investors shifts depending on who assembles it.
- The Architecture
- One command center for the whole fund — portfolio health, ARR momentum, deal flow and LP reporting drawn from the same data model and arranged as a single high-density screen rather than a set of tabs.
- The Result
- A weekly rhythm replaces the quarterly scramble: one source of truth per fund, per company, per LP report, with the narrative assembled as the data lands.
LongevityOS
A biological intelligence platform translating skin biomarkers into precision healthspan decisions — for patients, practitioners and formulators.
View project →Discuss this system →- The Challenge
- A longevity clinic can produce more biomarker data in one visit than a patient can read in a year. Consultations become translations, and patients leave without changing anything.
- The Architecture
- One dataset, three vantage points: a patient journey that explains what changed and why, a clinical portfolio that ranks patients by risk, and an innovation lab scoring formulations against the twelve hallmarks of aging.
- The Result
- Consultations move from explanation to decision, and patients stay engaged with their own numbers between visits rather than only after them.
Costa Legal
An AI platform for Spanish lawyers serving international clients — case management that surfaces urgency before it becomes risk.
View project →Discuss this system →- The Challenge
- In a small practice, deadlines live in individual memory and a shared calendar. When the person holding the context is away, the firm's risk landscape goes blind with them.
- The Architecture
- A case architecture ordered by urgency rather than alphabet — red, amber and blue status logic, AI document analysis, visa eligibility checks and one client pipeline, so the queue itself says what matters today.
- The Result
- No deadline depends on anyone remembering it. A partner can read the firm's entire risk landscape in one screen, in the order it needs attention.
Mira
An AI-powered wellness companion that turns health conversations into a personal daily protocol — vitality score, rituals and recovery in one calm interface.
View project →Discuss this system →- The Challenge
- Wellness tools hand people dashboards of raw data and generic advice. The novelty lasts a fortnight, the app goes unused, and the behaviour never changes.
- The Architecture
- A companion that assesses through conversation rather than forms, then turns the answers into one daily protocol — morning rituals, nutrition, evening recovery — with a vitality score that moves as the rituals are kept.
- The Result
- Built for the second week rather than the first: a clear next step each morning and a visible path to a higher vitality score.
FutureWork AI
An AI career-pathway platform for Dubai — risk assessment, skills courses and job matches connecting training to the growing AI job market.
View project →Discuss this system →- The Challenge
- People whose roles are exposed to automation are told to reskill with no map — no sense of how exposed they are, what to learn first, or whether anyone will hire them afterwards.
- The Architecture
- A two-minute assessment that scores exposure, feeding a course hub matched to real openings: learning progress, role fits and job pathways tied to live demand in the Dubai market.
- The Result
- Career planning stops being anxiety and becomes a sequence — a named risk, a chosen course, a matched role.
Regnvik
An AI-native accounting platform for Spain and the EU — transactions categorised, banks reconciled and tax deadlines surfaced in the background, so you only approve the exceptions.
View project →Discuss this system →- The Challenge
- Small businesses in Spain run their books across a bank portal, a spreadsheet and an accountant's inbox, then lose days each quarter reconciling it all before the tax deadlines land. Errors surface late, and the person who understands the numbers is rarely the one who has to file them.
- The Architecture
- An accounting core of ledger, invoicing, banking and tax compliance with an AI layer on top. Transactions are categorised and reconciled in the background, each with a confidence score and a plain-language reason, and a daily briefing surfaces only what needs a human decision. An autonomy setting lets each business choose between suggestions only and auto-posting above a confidence threshold, while Verifactu-ready invoicing, quarterly tax models and e-invoicing sit in the same workspace.
- The Result
- Closing the books becomes a review rather than a project: routine work happens in the background, and the owner or accountant approves the exceptions with the reasoning in front of them.
