Costa Legal is a practice platform for Spanish lawyers whose clients are buyers, residents and founders from abroad. Property, immigration, corporate and tax matters all run through one workspace.
The Challenge
In a small practice, deadlines live in individual memory and a shared calendar. When the person holding the context is away, the firm's risk landscape goes blind with them.
The Architecture
A case architecture ordered by urgency rather than alphabet — red, amber and blue status logic, AI document analysis, visa eligibility checks and one client pipeline, so the queue itself says what matters today.
The Result
No deadline depends on anyone remembering it. A partner can read the firm's entire risk landscape in one screen, in the order it needs attention.
